On this unique Fell Running Weekend for Women, we combine quality coaching for you to gain confidence and enjoyment to run the hills. And there’s a long yoga session to unwind on Saturday.

We’ll teach you what you need to know about all aspects of the sport of fell running in one of the most stunning locations in the UK.

It’s instructive but more importantly, it’s INSPIRING!

 This weekend is for any active women who have running as part of their lives and who’d like a connective, nurturing, confidence-building, thought-provoking, life-affirming weekend away running in the hills. If you run on roads and would like to explore fell running, this weekend is for you; if you simply love being in nature and running, this will ‘tick your box’.

As a guide,  if you can run 5k+ and have an appetite for taking yourself off-road, you’ll be fine.  We ALWAYS have a spectrum of fitness and inclusivity sits at the heart of what we offer and how we structure our sessions. There are options around what we do in each session, and we do not go out running all day. There is no external pressure to ‘perform’ beyond where you are comfortable. The only person you’re competing against on this weekend is yourself. The running sessions will be challenging in a positive way but most importantly are structured for you to be able to work at the level you choose.This whole carefully developed weekend is about giving you an immersive enjoyable and inspiring experience in the hills.

There will be one long yoga session at the end of Saturday’s runs and one on Sunday

Our weekend will begin on Saturday morning at 9am and end on Sunday afternoon between 4.30pm and 5pm.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Food: We cater vegetarian with vegan options on both days for lunch. We take care to cater good quality, healthy food.  Snacks, teas and coffees are available throughout the weekend.

Expect the usual Element attention to care, quality, purpose and detail on the weekend.

Accommodation: How you like to sleep as well as people’s budgets tend to differ so we advise on a range of options for you.
