Beginning Fell Running for Women

If you love the idea of being able to run in the mountains but have never started, then this is the perfect course. Tutored by highly experienced women fell runners who are passionate about getting more women to enjoy this sport, this is a well-structured, confidence-building ‘can-do’ course introducing you to fell running.

Fell Running & Yoga Weekend

Savour the delights of wilder running. On this unique Fell Running and Yoga Weekend for Women we combine quality coaching for you to gain enjoyment and confidence to run the hills as well as incorporating the positive, complimentary role of yoga. This is for active women who have done some off-road running and it’s all in one of the most stunning locations in the UK.

Hill Walking & Yoga Weekend

More than simply covering the miles: this is a weekend of superb hill walking connecting with landscape, ecology, history, atmosphere, each other and yourself. Aimed at active, curious open-minded women who are keen to explore the stunning borderland Black Mountains. We use the positive role of yoga at the end of each day to unwind physically and mentally.

Walking, Talking: Conversations on the Land

Looking with new eyes, walking the beauty of the Black Mountains and talking with interesting experts. This weekend is about more than simply covering the miles. Expect two good long walks in stunning environs but as important are good, interesting conversations on some of the dilemmas that face us on our 21st century landscape.

Beginning Mountain Biking Weekend for Women

A brilliant weekend for a group of 8 friends. During Element’s two-day course in the spectacular Black Mountains, you’ll ride some of the best trails in Britain. You’ll learn the fundamentals of mountain biking: body position, effective braking and gear selection, climbing and descending with confidence over terrain that will neither be too technical – or terrifying. 

2-day Mountain Bike Journey

There’s something very special and restorative about completing a journey. This two-day guided mountain bike ride is on gorgeous rideable trails in the Brecon Beacons National Park and makes for a fantastic weekend away with friends. Your luggage is transported to an overnight B&B stay and a pub is booked for your group evening meal. Expect superb, manageable riding, incredible views and ‘good craic’ all round.

Trail Running Weekend

This is a glorious inclusive trail running weekend for women of all running abilities. We provide a supportive positive confidence-building environment for you. There’s a sports massage included, excellent healthy food, talks by experts – lots of good discussion and laughter, and all with optional 2-nights’ very comfortable accommodation. Expect the usual Element attention to quality, purpose and detail.

Treberfydd Special Weekend

A special all-inclusive bespoke weekend for your group. Actively recharge in the stunning location of Treberfydd House in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It’s our de-luxe end of the spectrum.
