In Your Element Weekends: Designed Just For You
If you have a group of friends and you’d like us to organise a weekend for you we can do this. You create your own weekend from our list of activities that we will send to you. You will also have a choice of accommodation to suit your budget and taste from simple to luxury. We will arrange accommodation and can cater or offer self-catering options.

Sample activities range from hill walking and mountain biking to foraging, an art class, yoga, Tai Chi or guided woodland meditation. You might like a mix of active and cerebral or a full weekend of one or the other . Perhaps you’d like to go Fell or Trail running as part of the weekend – or have a morning on learning to read a map more proficiently. It could be that you’d like a nature walk with an expert guide for a morning. New to mountain biking, we can provide tuition and riding for a weekend or part of a weekend or maybe you’d like to explore a particular area and its history by walking. We also offer fitness weekends focusing on restorative practice where we provide a number of activities aimed at supporting the active body – some outdoor and some indoor and including our famous sports massage.
All activities are taken by qualified specialists. We are picky about who we use!
