On this unique Fell Running & Yoga Weekend for Women we combine quality coaching, so that you can gain the confidence to run in the hills, with the positive, complementary role of yoga. This is for active women who have done some off-road running – and all in one of the most stunning locations in the UK.
If you like the idea of being able to run in the mountains but have never started then this will be the perfect day for you. We are two highly experienced top women fell runners who are passionate about getting more women to enjoy this sport.

A weekend for busy discerning, appreciative women to actively recharge in the stunning location of Treberfydd House. Nestled between the mountains and lake, this is a special carefully crafted Element weekend of walking fascinating landscape and talking about nature. A warm welcome in beautiful surroundings, you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. It is an all-inclusive weekend with quality food and all drink provided. There’s also an option to book your own accommodation if you prefer to stay independently. And there’s a good massage included too – it’s our de-luxe end of the spectrum.
A brilliant weekend for a group of 8 friends. During Element’s two-day course in the spectacular Black Mountains, you’ll ride some of the best trails in Britain. You’ll learn the fundamentals of mountain biking: body position, effective braking and gear selection, climbing and descending with confidence over terrain that will neither be too technical – or terrifying. Looking with new eyes, walking the beauty of the Black Mountains and talking with interesting experts. This weekend is about more than simply covering the miles. Expect two good long walks in stunning environs but as important are good, interesting conversations on some of the dilemmas that face us on our 21st century landscape.
We’ll be with a farmer, who is working with nature to build a system that regenerates the land and improves the quality of life for everything involved. And with a PhD environmentalist looking at trees and landscape.
A weekend for any women who are active, open and curious to get ‘up close and personal’ with these issues.

There’s a sports massage included, excellent healthy food, two talks by experts – one on nutrition and the other on building resilience, lots of good discussion and all with 2-nights’ very comfortable accommodation.

There’s something very special and restorative about completing a journey. This two-day guided mountain bike ride is on gorgeous rideable trails in the Brecon Beacons National Park. It encompasses the stunning lesser-known parts of the Black Mountains. Your luggage is transported to an overnight B&B stay and a pub is booked for your group evening meal. Expect superb, manageable riding, incredible views and ‘good craic’ all round.
