Spring was so late arriving this year but we managed to get a Bespoke Weekend and a course on Maintaining Your Runner’s Body between the two March maxi and mini ‘Beasts from the East’. You’d like to get out and into some wilder country but feel that you don’t have the map skills or full confidence to stride out. This is a great day where we ‘take the map for a walk’ to start to understand the basics of navigation.
